Our mezcal tasting experience is a singular journey—as enlightening as it is indulgent. Throughout this immersive two-and-a-half-hour session, you will gain a profound understanding of the art of tasting, discovering how each note reflects the vibrant biocultural diversity of Oaxaca.
We begin by exploring the agave from biological and anthropological perspectives, providing a foundational understanding of the plant’s vital significance to ancestral generations. From there, we bridge the connection between the agave and the spirit, teaching you to interpret complex aromas and sensory profiles through the lens of this natural and cultural heritage.
We specialize in intimate agave tastings tailored to guide each guest toward the spirit that best aligns with their palate, all while fostering a deep appreciation for the knowledge, tradition, and artistry behind every drop of mezcal.
